*ADDITIONAL ROOM OCCUPANTS (maximum of 4 per room):
A charge of $50 per person, per night will be added to the folio for each adult over double occupancy. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 17 years who share the room with their parents. Maximum occupancy per room is four (4).
NOTE: Conference Package does not include Airport transfers. Options are available on the Travel section of the FAQs page.
If you wish to extend your stay at the Hilton Hawaiian Village either before or after the conference package dates, additional room nights are available at $360 per night, based on availability. You must book no later than June 1, 2022 to secure this rate.
Golfers, you must book an additional room night to arrive on Sunday, June 26 for the Golf Tournament on June 27.
*All additional room nights include taxes and resort fee.

All children planning on participating in breakfasts, lunches and kid's dinners will need to purchase a Kids Club conference badge. If you plan for your child to attend the Welcome Reception, Tradeshow or Gala Dinner you must purchase them a regular badge.

Online credit card payments are accepted for all registrations and sponsorships. Should you need to make special arrangements, please contact us by email.
Conference registrations cancelled on or before April 30, 2022 will be entitled to a full refund, minus a $75 administration fee. Please forward cancellations by email to UME Productions. Refunds will be processed thirty (30) days after the conference ends.
Registration cancellations received after April 30, 2022 will not be entitled to a refund.
Allowable refunds are not made until after JIB-NFA has settled all accounts and obligations, no sooner than 30 days following the close of the conference on July 1, 2022.
